Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Subscribers.space (the "Site") and its services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
2. Description of Services
Subscribers.space provides free social media engagement services for supported third-party platforms. Depending on availability, these services may include followers, likes, views, subscribers, members, upvotes, connections, plays, reposts, saves, streams, reactions, reblogs, notes, boosts, invitations, impressions, endorsements, and spotlight views. Supported platforms may include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitch, Reddit, SoundCloud, Spotify, Pinterest, Snapchat, Discord, Threads, Kwai, Tumblr, Quora, Kick, Audiomack, and others. All services are offered free of charge unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site. Service availability, supported platforms, and available features may change at any time.
3. No Guarantee of Service Delivery
All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that any request will be accepted, processed, completed, or fulfilled. We make no guarantees regarding delivery times, quantities, quality, accuracy, availability, continuity, retention of followers or other engagement, or any particular outcome. A submitted request does not constitute a promise that the requested service will be delivered. Requests may be delayed, partially fulfilled, rejected, cancelled, or interrupted for technical, operational, security, third-party, or other reasons. We are not obligated to replace lost followers or engagement, refill an order, or provide compensation unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular service.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting requests; use our services only for profiles, accounts, channels, pages, and content that you own or are authorised to manage; ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any links or materials; comply with applicable laws and the terms and policies of relevant third-party platforms; refrain from unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity; and refrain from interfering with, reverse engineering, exploiting, or attempting to disrupt the Site. You must not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to submit requests unless we have expressly authorised such use.
5. User-Submitted Links and Content
You are solely responsible for the URLs, usernames, profile references, text, and other materials you submit through the Site. You represent that you have the right and authority to submit them and that doing so does not violate applicable law or infringe any third-party rights. You must not submit unlawful content or material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
6. No Human Content Moderation
Subscribers.space does not provide routine human moderation or manual review of user-submitted links, profiles, or content before processing a request. Materials submitted through our forms are not routinely reviewed by human moderators employed by or acting for the Site. However, this does not mean that all content is technically inaccessible or that we can never review, restrict, or disclose information. Automated processing, technical checks, security measures, and limited access where necessary for support, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or the protection of rights may occur.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
We do not routinely inspect, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, quality, or appropriateness of content available through URLs or other references submitted by users. We do not control the content hosted or published by third-party websites and social media platforms. Responsibility for creating, publishing, and maintaining such content rests with its respective author, publisher, or account holder. Each third-party platform is responsible for administering and enforcing its own content rules and moderation policies within the scope of its authority. Nothing in these Terms makes Subscribers.space responsible for the content moderation decisions of third parties. We may restrict or refuse a request where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, or the operation of our services.
8. No Public Publication of Submitted Materials
Subscribers.space does not publish user-submitted URLs, links, or other submitted materials as public content on the Site. Such information is used to handle requests and operate the relevant services and may appear in the submitting user’s own account dashboard or request history where that functionality is available. This does not prevent processing by technical infrastructure or service providers acting on our behalf, or disclosure where reasonably necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not promise that third-party platforms will keep the referenced content available or unchanged.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Subscriber Behaviour
Subscribers.space is independent of the social media platforms with which it may interact. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitch, Reddit, SoundCloud, Spotify, Pinterest, Snapchat, Discord, Threads, Kwai, Tumblr, Quora, Kick, Audiomack, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not control the actions, decisions, identities, authenticity, or future behaviour of followers, subscribers, viewers, or other third-party users. We are not responsible for unfollows, account restrictions, removals of engagement, platform enforcement actions, algorithm changes, or other actions taken by third parties. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to your accounts and content.
10. Accounts and Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly notify us if you become aware of unauthorised access or suspected compromise. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its users, or our systems.
11. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention
To maintain fair access to our free services, we may limit requests, including by restricting the same service type to one request every 24 hours where that limit applies, prohibiting bulk or automated requests, limiting request frequency, or prioritising requests according to operational capacity. We may reject, delay, cancel, or restrict requests and suspend access where we reasonably believe that a user is abusing the service, bypassing limits, interfering with the Site, or violating these Terms. Services may be provided on a first-come, first-served basis where applicable. No specific processing time or delivery rate is guaranteed.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site or any service, temporarily or permanently, where necessary for maintenance, security, operational reasons, third-party changes, or other legitimate purposes. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; that requests will be fulfilled; or that use of the services will produce any particular result. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent that such disclaimers are permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Subscribers.space and its owners, operators, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation, business opportunities, followers, subscribers, views, or other engagement, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party content, the conduct of third-party users, platform decisions, account restrictions, or changes to third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights. Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify us for our own conduct to the extent such a requirement is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any service where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or operational requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Account closure and the retention or deletion of personal information remain subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT APPLICABLE COUNTRY AND, IF RELEVANT, REGION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws provide otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be handled by the courts or other dispute resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory rights or protections available in their place of residence.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Contact Information
